Over the past three years, OPERATION REFUAH has been circulating worldwide a unique "scroll" entitled "Chaverim Kol Yisrael - All Jews Are Friends."
Those who sign this scroll reaffirm that we are indeed "One People with One Heart and One Soul" and agree to focus on the Mitzvah of "V’Ahavta L’Reyacha Kamocha" in an attempt to "bring a Refuah Shelaima to those in need of a recovery and bountiful blessings to Klal Yisrael."

Many communities around the world have successfully filled all 24 lines of the printed scrolls with names of committed participants. Many more have signed on "virtually" via e-mail or on the OPERATION REFUAH website. Every month, a volunteer in Israel reads these names at the Kotel. In this way we petition G-d for the bountiful blessings that come with the merits of this important Mitzvah.
